By accessing or using Nodestock ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Nodestock grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts, remove content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle").

Billing cycles are set on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or Nodestock cancels it.

A valid payment method, including credit card, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide accurate and complete billing information.

Refunds: We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Nodestock and its licensors.

The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Nodestock.

You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Service, but grant us a license to use, store, and process such data to provide the Service to you.

IMPORTANT: NODESTOCK IS NOT A REGISTERED INVESTMENT ADVISOR, BROKER-DEALER, OR FINANCIAL PLANNER.

Nothing on Nodestock constitutes investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. All information, sentiment analysis, network visualizations, and other content provided by Nodestock are for INFORMATIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.

The sentiment scores, market analysis, and visualizations provided by Nodestock are based on algorithmic analysis and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making investment decisions.

You should always conduct your own research and consult with qualified financial professionals before making any investment decisions. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

Nodestock does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information on the Service. Markets are inherently unpredictable, and you could lose money following any analysis provided.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

NODESTOCK DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location

• Any errors or defects will be corrected

• The Service is free of viruses or other harmful components

• The results of using the Service will meet your requirements

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.

IN NO EVENT SHALL NODESTOCK, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION:

• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses

• Any investment losses or financial damages resulting from use of the Service

• Any damages resulting from unauthorized access to or use of our servers

• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the federal or state courts located in the United States.
